Your new companyYou will work with an established company that has locations throughout Ireland. They have experienced exceptional growth in the Irish marketplace and, due to this expansion, require an Accounts Assistant to join their finance team based in their Inishowen office.Your new roleWorking within the finance team and reporting to the Financial Controller and Group FD, you will have the opportunity to create and reshape accounting and control processes in a highly fast-paced and growing business. You will be working on a new line of business and the role will involve great responsibility from day one and an opportunity to see the immediate impact of your actions on the development of the business. Your duties & responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare & review year-end financial statements.
  • Monthly management accounts
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Bank and Payment Provider Reconciliations
  • Data entry on Accounts packages
  • Payroll processing
  • Cost Analysis
  • VAT
  • Weekly and monthly planning & reports
  • General Office Administration
