Your new companyHays are working on behalf of a leading Public Sector employer in Derry City to recruit an Administrator to join their team. This is an office-based role and working hours will be 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.Your new roleAs Administrator, you will work within a busy team and be responsible for managing confidential information. This will involve processing customer details, updating systems accurately and efficiently, answering telephone calls and dealing with enquiries, liaising with internal departments, recording and distributing incoming post / mail, arranging meetings and booking appointments, word processing correspondence, producing reports as required for managers and general administration duties.What you'll need to succeedAs Administrator, essentially, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience in a similar position.
