Job description:

Office Admin Job Description 

  •  Receive Bookings/Pre-Advises from customers via e-mail, phone, and fax  

  •  Manage CargoWrite orders  

  •  Ensure orders are processed promptly by the Warehouse  

  •  Liaise with 3rd party carriers  

  •  Any operational problems or order queries must be resolved efficiently, and corrective action put in place to  

  •  Avoid repeat incidents  

  •  Respond in a correct and timely manner to all customer complaints and service failures  

  •  To produce customer stock reports within the agreed timelines  

  •  To ensure our internal KPI’s are maintained to a satisfactory level  

Work Experience: This position will be most appropriate to candidates with 2-3years administrative/customer service experience. Internal systems training will be provided as appropriate.  

Skills Required:  

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 

  • High attention to details 

  • Strong communication and customer service skills  

  • Excellent problem-solving ability  

  • Sound Administrative skills  

  • Good interpersonal skills  

  • Excellent communication/telephone skills  

  • Ability to pick up new systems quickly  

  • Ability to multi-task where required  

  • Experience in transport arrangements
