Your new companyHays are partnering with a public sector organisation to recruit an Administration Officer (HR Branch) on a temporary basis.Your new role
- Assist with the preparation, processing, and management of invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
- Draft and format recruitment-related correspondence, including offer letters, rejection letters, and interview invitations
- Maintain and update databases and records
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations
- Ensure all HR activities comply with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous administrative experience
- A good level of communication skills
- Experience in the use of MS Office applications to include; Word, Outlook, Excel and Teams
What you'll get in return
- £12.59 per hour
- Temporary for 3 Months with Possible Extension
- Full-time Working Pattern
- South Belfast Location
