Your new companyA Public Sector organisation based in Belfast are recruiting for a temporary administrative officer for an immediate start

Your new roleAs business support administrator you are responsible for smooth running of the office on a day to day basis,Duties include:

  • Working closely with the other members of the team to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
  • Delivering excellent customer service, liaising with external and internal customers in person, on the phone or in written form
  • Organising and attending meetings, minute taking and distribution of minutes as required.
  • Facilitating meetings, setting up meeting rooms, ordering catering.
  • Assist in a range of general administrative/clerical duties for the wider team
  • Registering and responding to complaints
  • Ensuring all records are maintained in accordance with company policy

What you'll need to succeed

  • Two years' experience providing admin support to include office administration and facilitating meetings
  • Working experience with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Experience of working with internal and external stakeholders,
  • Demonstrable experience of working on own initiative and, being able to work effectively as part of a busy team.
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise workload
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
