Primary School Admin - Maternity Cover (Starting in January)
We are seeking an experienced Admin Assistant to join a primary school on a maternity cover contract starting in January. The role is part-time, with working hours of 8:30 am to 11:30 am, Monday to Friday.
Location: CF5, Vale of Glamorgan
Key Responsibilities:
- Front of house duties, providing a warm and welcoming environment for staff, students, and visitors
- Managing school administrative tasks using SIMS and Cypad systems
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the school office
Requirements:
- Prior experience with SIMS and Cypad is essential
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A friendly and approachable manner
