We are seeking a Regional Lead Nurse for an independent health care organisation dedicated to providing exceptional care to highly dependent adults and children within the comfort and security of their own homes.
In collaboration with service commissioners, the specialised clinical expertise allows them to deliver complex health care services, ensuring clients can safely live at home, even when their health care needs are highly advanced.

Responsibilities:

Work in partnership with the Regional Care Manager to ensure seamless care delivery through coordinated efforts between operational and clinical teams.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with commissioners and community multidisciplinary teams etc.

Qualification:

NMC Registered Nurse
Experience of strategic planning and development.
Senior level Clinical or Nursing Management
