My client is a marketing agency with a track record of success, seeking a skilled and passionate Social Media Account Manager to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow internal social media accounts to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Develop and present social media strategies to clients and identify new opportunities for engagement.
  • Oversee client social media accounts, ensuring consistent, engaging, and relevant content is posted according to client needs.
  • Pitch fresh ideas and propose upcoming social media content schedules to clients.
  • Develop and execute strategic social media campaigns that align with clients' business objectives to grow their accounts.
  • Write and edit compelling copy for a wide range of marketing collateral, including social media posts, websites, blogs, brochures, scripts, and promotional materials.
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance, providing data-driven insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and platform developments to ensure strategies remain current and effective.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers and creatives to conceptualize and implement effective social media campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering exceptional service and strategic guidance.

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on social media management and copywriting.
  • A degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
  • Outstanding written communication skills with a keen attention to detail and grammar.
  • Proven ability to manage social media campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X).
  • Proficiency with social media management tools for content scheduling and performance reporting.
  • Experience in client-facing roles with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • A creative, self-motivated team player with a positive, proactive attitude.
  • Experience with influencer marketing and paid social media campaigns is a plus.
  • Experience in the property industry is a bonus.

Package:

  • 20 days of holiday in the first year, increasing to 25 days after three years of service.
