Location: Belfast Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 + BonusSummary:At Bis Henderson, we are looking for an Operations Manager to join an established 3PL business. In this role, the Operations Manager will be responsible for ensuring service excellence for our Client's Customers. They will also lead and develop the team across a multi-site operation. The Operations Manager will focus on delivering a wide range of operational projects and ensure KPIs are met in line with SLAs. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working as an Operations Manager, in a multi-site role within the FMCG industry. They will need to maintain an analytical approach to their work, with a true continuous improvement mindset and be comfortable managing and developing a team within a high-volume business. Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team and assist with the management of multiple teams in the depots.
  • Build business relationships with customers and monitor service levels so they are maintained and improved.
  • Assisting the Depot Manager in delivering the Depot targets.
  • Budgeting and KPI analysis and driving ongoing improvements.
  • Contribute to introducing new initiatives and be influential in change management

Experience:

  • Prior experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry
  • Experience managing a team within a high-volume business
  • Prior experience managing a multi-site operation
  • An analytical approach, with a real continuous improvement mindset.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
