Sonic Summary

The company is offering 6 months and 1-year contract opportunities for two Multi-Skilled Engineers with an electrical bias.
The role requires a qualified engineer with City & Guilds or equivalent certification and proven experience in service-driven production/process industries.
Candidates should possess strong mechanical and electrical skills, excellent knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, and a full clean UK driving license.
The positions involve rotational hours and pay between £35 and £45 per hour, plus overtime.
Key responsibilities include maintaining plant equipment, completing preventive maintenance, supporting electrical systems, and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

6 months & 1 Year contract opportunities

x 2 Multi-Skilled Engineer Electrical Bias

Hours: Rotational (6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, 10pm-6am)

£35 - £45 Per Hour + Overtime

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain plant and equipment to ensure safety and compliance with all relevant legislation.

Complete all planned preventive maintenance (PPM) activities and promptly address any non-compliance issues.

Support Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) culture and participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Carry out repairs and installation of parts and equipment to ensure smooth operations.

Support major shutdowns, including seasonal periods, and provide emergency call-out support when needed.

Support Electrical team with focus on reducing downtime of electrical control systems and drive improvements in electrical systems.

Installation and commissioning of equipment and machinery on site

Qualifications & Experience:

Qualified Engineer with City & Guilds or equivalent certification.

Proven experience in service-driven production/process industries.

Strong mechanical and electrical skills.

Excellent knowledge of Health & Safety legislation in manufacturing environments.

Full clean UK Driving License.

Strong communication and organizational skills, with a positive and flexible attitude.
