Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Engineer - Scotland , the successful candidate will be responsible for installing and servicing It equipment (Self Serve Kiosk, EPOS, Printers) across a number of major retailers based in the UK.

Responsibilities:

Attend sites from 7.00am
Install equipment as per the defined script
Use installation sign off app
Updated client on progress using Synchroteam
Liaise with customer on site.
Work around the customers and staff in the shop.

Skills:

Proficiency in Windows 10 and using Command Prompts
Strong Retail technical knowledge
Able to use hand tools including drills etc.. and to follow instructions on site

Qualifications

Strong technical support and IT support skills
Proficient in desktop support and help desk operations
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Experience with computer networking and software troubleshooting
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, VPN, and Windows operating systems
Knowledge of computer hardware and relevant tools, including hand tools
Experience with shop fit and physical equipment installation
