Job Title: IAM Technical Analyst (x2)

Location: Fully Remote (Occasional travel to Glasgow for monthly workshops)

Contract Duration: 12 months

Rate: £479 per day Inside IR35

Job Overview

We are seeking X2 experienced IAM Technical Analysts to join a dynamic team for a 12-month contract. You will play a pivotal role in enhancing the organization's Identity Access Management (IAM) policies and procedures, with a focus on Privileged Access Management (PAM) frameworks, cloud solutions, and IAM improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and enhancement of IAM and PAM frameworks.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to progress IAM policies, procedures, and governance.
  • Assist in implementing controls across various technical disciplines.
  • Analyse and provide recommendations for both on-premise and cloud-based IAM solutions.
  • Ensure IAM governance aligns with risk management frameworks and regulatory standards.
  • Provide expertise in CyberArk, Active Directory, and Unix systems.
  • Contribute to workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 4-5 years' experience in IAM and PAM, preferably in a financial services or banking environment.
  • Proficiency in CyberArk (Any other similar tools), Active Directory, and Unix systems.
  • Experience with both on-premise and cloud environments (Azure/MS preferred).
  • Strong understanding of IAM governance and risk management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate with SMEs and wider audiences.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience implementing technical controls across diverse disciplines.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance and security standards in IAM.
  • Familiarity with the financial services industry and its unique challenges.

  • Flexibility: Working hours are set; flexible options are not guaranteed.
