My client is looking for a Senior Architect with strong revit skills to join them ASAP.

This role is in office for the first 4 weeks, and after that point it is hybrid (2/3 days per week in office). They are paying £25 - £30 per hour outside IR35 and for 6 months rolling.

10 years post part III. Minimum and in the UK
RIBA Stage 3 to 7 experience
Commercial and residential knowledge
Recent London based experience
Holistic knowledge of current, new and upcoming Building Regulations (UK)
Awareness and experience of NSS and LHDG
Proficient with/in Revit
Competent in detail design
Self directing/organising
Shows Initiative
