Key responsibilities:

Processing Purchase Ledger invoices
Resolving internal & external queries
Assisting in the production of Cheque Payment runs
Assisting in the production of BACS runs
Scanning of cheques
Managing the Accounts Inbox

Excellent communication skills
Good IT skills including Excel
Extremely well-organised
Someone that is wanting part time flexible hours
