Interaction Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced Packaging Machine Operator to join their busy client in Dunstable. For this role you'll need a minimum of 1 years experience operating a Packaging Machine within a factory environment.
You must be able to work on both early & late shifts!!
This role involves:
- Cleaning and wiping down the various machines and workspace areas.
- Maintaining very high standards of hygiene on the factory floor.
- Operating different machines in the packaging process of different brands.
- Regularly conducting maintenance for various machines, including diagnosing common operational problems, and repairing them.
- Ensured the correct labels and packaging were used in the appropriate slot in the assembly line.
- Strictly adhered to health and safety guidelines throughout the workspace area.
- Assisted with the numerous regular maintenances of the machines.
- Picking and packing numerous items for the manufacturing process.
To be considered for this role you must have / be:
- a minimum of 1 years experience using a packaging machine within a production environment.
- able to work at a fast pace
- able to work on both early and late shifts
- a good level of English speaking
- reliable
- a good team-player and able to work on own initiative
- computer literate
