Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to oversee the implementation of Internet of Things (IoT) technologies in a new state-of-the-art smart building located in London. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, a deep understanding of IoT applications in smart buildings, and a passion for innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and completion of the IoT integration project within the smart building.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and technology vendors, to ensure seamless implementation of IoT solutions.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with the project.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Oversee the installation and testing of IoT devices and systems, including sensors, actuators, and data management platforms.
  • Provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative project environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale IoT or smart building projects.
  • Strong understanding of IoT technologies, including sensors, data analytics, and cloud computing.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant project management certification is preferred.
  • Familiarity with smart building technologies and sustainability practices.
