COMPANY OVERVIEW
With decades of experience, my client is well-established and a leader within their sector. Currently operating with a team of around 200 designers, architects, visualisers, and creatives, working from their London office. This role is within their business development team, currently 6 people. The successful candidate will be given an exciting opportunity to grow and excel in a thriving and supportive environment. Previous UK sales experience, excellent communication skills and a clear drive for success are essential to be considered for this role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Generate and input leads into the CRM system
- Update and enter key feedback information
- Support project-based campaigns as required
- Take and distribute minutes during sales meetings
- Conduct online research to identify key contacts and contact information
- Create and maintain project files for Managing Directors
- Assist with special projects, such as CRM data clean-up and optimisation
- Generate reports to track weekly performance.
Required Skills & Experience
- Previous UK sales experience with a results-driven mindset
- Confident communicator with strong verbal and written skills
- Self-motivated with a drive for professional and financial success
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fast and accurate data entry skills with strong attention to detail
- Strong research abilities to gather and verify information
- Excellent time management and ability to prioritise tasks effectively
- Team-oriented with a proactive and adaptable approach
- Willingness to learn and develop within the role.

- Salary: £27,000 - £33,000 (dependent on experience)
