I am working on and exciting and unique opportunity with a client from the Flex-Office industry. With hospitality and client experience at the heart of the business, we are looking to find them a creative Assistant General Manager to join the team and elevate the Hospitality offering in a number of ways.

The AGM will be truly passionate about delivering exceptional hospitality to members and guests and have a deep understanding of F&B operations. You will be able to get seriously creative and play a major part in developing the product, programme and team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a world class hospitality experience through developing and leading the front of house strategy and teams
  • Manage relationships with providers and suppliers, ensuring their delivery meets expectations
  • Get creative – Monitor the market for innovative ideas which align with group ethos and standards
  • Create structure for continued improvement of the product that delivers on our experience expectations
  • Operations - Build structure to track, monitor and complete facility issues in a timely manor and to budget
  • Oversee day-to-day operations in partnership with the General Manager, ensuring seamless functionality and an inviting atmosphere
  • Work with the account manager on gathering feedback and strategically developing the product
  • Address member inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and effectively.
  • Team Leadership - Support the General Manager in leading and inspiring a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional service across hospitality, operations, events, business development, account management and programming
  • Community - Establish partnerships and collaborations to strengthen the network and product offering
