This would suit an individual with excellentcommercial awareness and an ability to lead a division of an established group.

Responsibilities:

Ability to Lead a number of projects simultaneously
Provide strong leadership skills and communicate accordingly to all of the management team
Liaising with clients, and Operations Managers/Senior Mangement
Ensure that projects are running on time and on budget
Providing weekly reports to the Managing Director
Assess all project risks
Liaise with SeniorManagementto Ensuring that all Safety Management Systems are in place and in operation
Liaise with Senior Management regarding resources for live and future projects
Tender report / analysis / recommendations
Develop project scope with design team / client
Produce budgets and reports for clients

Requirements

3+ years in a similar position
Experience managing a team of Senior Management
Commercially and contractually sound
Excellent communicator
Hands on when required
Strong knowledge of large residential schemes
Experience liaising with Clients
