What Youll Do:
As ourRegional Studio Manager, youll be at the helm of our UK studios, driving their success, mentoring teams, and ensuring operational excellence. This role will give you the opportunity to travel, lead from the front, and be an integral part of a fast-growing, energetic business. Key Responsibilities:

• Drive Revenue & Profitability:Take the lead in boosting sales and profitability across all UK studios, ensuring KPIs are hit and exceeded.
• Inspire & Develop Teams:Coach and mentor Studio Managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and build lasting client loyalty.
• Collaborate for Success:Work closely with the marketing, HR, and operations teams to implement strategies and achieve business goals.
• Operational Excellence:Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring everything from health and safety compliance to staffing schedules is optimised for maximum efficiency.
• Hands-On Leadership:Be present in the studios, offering support, resolving challenges, and celebrating wins alongside your teams.

What Were Looking For:

• Proven experience inleadership and team development, ideally in the retail or wellness sectors.
• A strong track record ofdriving sales and profitability, with the ability to analyse KPIs and act on data-driven insights.
• Excellentproblem-solving skillsand a hands-on approach to operational challenges.
• Strongcommunicationandcollaborationskills, able to engage with teams across various departments.
• Willingness totravelregularly across the UK to provide in-person support and leadership.
