Regional Manager – Leading QSR Franchise

Location: South Coast, Surrey/Sussex/Kent/Hampshire & Dorset (40 sites)

Salary: £60,000 + Plus Car Allowance

Direct report: to Area Manager (4-6)

Indirect Report to: PCC'S, RGM'S & ARGM'S

Are you a results-driven leader with extensive experience in multi-site management within the quick-service restaurant (QSR) industry and based around the M24 or Surrey? Do you have the ability to drive performance, lead large teams, and oversee operational excellence at scale? If so, we want to hear from you!We are a thriving franchisee QSR brand with a strong presence across the South Coast of England. As we continue our expansion, we are looking for an ambitious Regional Manager to oversee 40 sites (4-6 Area managers) &, ensuring top-tier performance, training & driving key performance indicators (KPIs), and leading a high-performing team to success. As a Regional Manager in the QSR market you will need to deliver in 3 main areas Teams, Costumer & Shareholder. You will be accountable for the financial performance of the 40 sites and working directly with the Group Operations Team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Operational Excellence: Overseeing 40 QSR locations along the South Coast, ensuring seamless operations and consistent brand standards in different area codes

• Leadership and Team Development: Leading, coaching, and developing a team of Area Managers and Store Managers to exceed business objectives.

• Sales & Profitability:Driving KPIs, including revenue growth, cost control, labor efficiency, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

• Knowledge of Current market Trends: Analyzing business performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.

• Health & Saftey:Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations, food hygiene standards, and company policies.

• Costumer Focus: Creating a strong, results-focused culture that promotes accountability and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Regional Manager, Senior Area Manager, or similar role in the QSR industry (Not Coffee)

• Strong track record of managing a high number of sites and delivering outstanding results.

• Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to develop and motivate large teams.

• Commercially focused mindset with strong financial acumen and strategic planning abilities.

• To be able to interact regularly with Senior Leadership Teams/Operations Director/HR Leaders

• In-depth knowledge of health & safety regulations and operational compliance in the QSR sector.

• To be able to work cross functionally with all departments within the department
