A top-tier international bank is seeking a business manager to join its Client Business Execution team. This role will play a crucial part in supporting a major enterprise-wide strategic initiative focused on workforce management.

Candidates should have:

Experience as a business manager/operations manager within financial services and large institutional operations.
Advanced Excel skills (formulae manipulation and pivot tables)
Exceptional attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
Strong organizational abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Ability to collaborate effectively across various organizational levels
