Job Summary:
As a Security Operations Specialist at Insta-Guard, you will play a crucial role in providing immediate and scheduled security support to our clients. You will respond to emergency notifications and offer a visible security presence to deter potential threats. This role is ideal for self-employed security professionals who are skilled in conflict de-escalation and possess the confidence to assist individuals in distress. You will have the flexibility to manage your work hours and schedule through our platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to real-time emergency notifications and provide on-site support to individuals in need of extra security.
- Scheduled Security: Offer scheduled security services for clients requiring ongoing or event-specific protection.
- Conflict De-Escalation: Utilize your skills and knowledge to de-escalate conflicts and ensure the safety of all parties involved.
- Surveillance: Maintain a vigilant presence, monitoring surroundings to detect and deter suspicious activities.
- Reporting: Document incidents and actions taken, ensuring accurate and detailed records are maintained.
- Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and ensuring a positive security experience.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Certifications: Valid Security Industry Authority (SIA) license and relevant security certifications.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.
- Technology Proficient: Comfortable using mobile apps and technology for job notifications and reporting.
