Your new role
- Provide a high-quality service for tenants, specifically within domestic properties that are either occupied or void
- Ensure any additional work is captured and communicated to the relevant person, and using the company PDA system so that the company can invoice for additional work completed
- Compliant with timeframes allocated for jobs, ensuring target dates are met
- Compliance with materials / quality construction schedules
- Ensure areas of work are left clean, tidy and safe at all times
- Liaison with the client, consultants, contract administrator, head office etc.
- Material co-ordination and organisation
- Ensure accurate / timely completion of any relevant site-based documentation
- Oversee/assist in the training of apprentices as required
What you'll need to succeed
- Level 3 NVQ in a relevant trade or equivalent
- Previous trade experience in a similar role
- Up-to-date relevant industry knowledge
- Up-to-date relevant knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
- Current and Valid Full & Clean UK driving licence
- Valid CSR Card
- Previous experience working within the Construction Industry
- Ideally, I have experience working within the social housing sector.
