Chef (CDP - Sous Chef Level) RELOCATE TO SCOTLAND

Join our leisure complex nestled in the stunning Perthshire countryside, where we blend relaxation with adventure. We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Chef, ideally at the Chef de Partie (CDP) or Sous Chef level, to enhance our high-volume kitchen team. This role offers the chance to relocate to Scotland and advance your career in a vibrant and supportive environment.



Day-to-day of the role:

  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in a high-volume kitchen setting.
  • Assist in menu planning and development to ensure a diverse and appealing selection for our guests.
  • Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed, ensuring the kitchen is well-stocked and efficient.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen.
  • Strong culinary skills with a passion for food and culinary excellence.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of meeting tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on collaborative success.
  • Willingness to relocate to Perthshire, Scotland, and embrace the lifestyle and opportunities it offers.
