We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Chef, ideally at the Chef de Partie (CDP) or Sous Chef level, to enhance our high-volume kitchen team. Day-to-day of the role:
- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in a high-volume kitchen setting.
- Assist in menu planning and development to ensure a diverse and appealing selection for our guests.
- Ensure all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed, ensuring the kitchen is well-stocked and efficient.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or Sous Chef in a high-volume kitchen.
- Strong culinary skills with a passion for food and culinary excellence.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities, capable of meeting tight deadlines.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a focus on collaborative success.
