chef de partie required for a NEW OPENING, we are looking for a strong all round chef de partie however a big focus will be on the grill. Chef de partie, £16-£18 per hour (£36,000 - £39,000) plus service. This new opening is looking to rosettes and other awards. Be part of the opening team.

The role
We are looking for chef de partie to work on one section, ideally for the grill section however this can be for other sections if you do not have grill experience. You will prep your section, ensure it ready for service and cook in service. this role will include all the standard chef de partie duties.

expeirence
we are looking for a chef de partie with a fresh food background, you will ideally have grill experience however other sections are available, if you do not have a grill background. you will be strong in the section you are working in. with this being a new opening, you must have a good attitude, to help launch the restaurant
