- Proven experience working in a professional kitchen
- Must hold a valid Level 2 Food Safety Certificate
- Allergen Awareness Certification is required
- Ability to work independently and adapt to different kitchen environments
- Own transport is essential for travelling between sites
- Full uniform and knives must be provided by the chef
- Preparing and cooking high-quality dishes to standard recipes and specifications
- Maintaining a clean and organised workspace, adhering to all food hygiene and safety standards
- Assisting in stock management, menu planning, and supporting the kitchen team as needed
- Adapt to various kitchen environments quickly and effectively
- A passion for food and delivering exceptional service
- Ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments
