Job Brief for Chef de Partie-As a chef de partie, you'll be covering a section but would need to be flexible and able to cover multiple sections. You will be responsible for training any new staff joining your section. You will be working in a brigade of 10-12 staff, Prepping and doing service to the highest possible standard in a fast-paced environment. There are opportunities based in the city of London and West End.
