About the Role:
We're looking for a visionary Executive Chef to lead the culinary operations at a prestigious Business & Industry (B&I) site. Managing a brigade of 15 chefs, you'll oversee the delivery of exceptional staff dining for up to 500 guests daily, offering breakfast and lunch Monday to Friday.
In addition to staff dining, you'll take charge of the site's hospitality and events catering, crafting bespoke menus and creating memorable dining experiences for a range of occasions. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your expertise and creativity, driving innovation and delivering exceptional quality at every level.
What You'll Bring:
Experience as an Executive Chef or in a senior role within a similar B&I environment.
A strong understanding of staff dining and hospitality services, including managing high volumes.
Proven ability to lead, inspire, and manage a brigade of chefs, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team.
A passion for food innovation, concept development, and staying ahead of culinary trends.
A track record of success in delivering high-quality dining experiences across diverse settings.
