Responsibilities:
- Lead and inspire the kitchen team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment.

- Manage food costs, inventory, and procurement processes efficiently.
- Uphold the highest health, safety, and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
Requirements:
- Demonstrable experience as a Head Chef or Sushi Chef in a high-end or fine dining establishment.
- Extensive knowledge of Pan-Asian cuisine, with expertise in sushi preparation and techniques.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
- Capacity to perform under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
