We are looking for a Food Director or Group Executive Chef to join this incredible company, and take the second in command for this expanding food group.

Salary:£80,000 to £90,000

Key Responsibilities:

Develop menus with Head Chefs and offers which reflect customer demand and arein line with the stated F&B objectives of the objectives of the business and brand.
To work with the BOH Management Team to identify efficiencies through innovative working practices.
Work closely with group senior buyer to ensure product quality and costs structures are managed and developed within preferred supplier lists.
Ensure that each sites head chef achieves GP targets and action if required through menu engineering.
Develop and deliver catering budget and work to the agreed targets on food cost, labour hours, sundries, and wastage.
Develop a strong family tree and ensure that restaurant management teams are resourced appropriately through effective succession planning, development, and management recruitment

Requirements:

Significant experience working with Mediterranean cuisine (Spanish experience highly preferred)
Previously experience looking after amulti-site operationis essential.
Strong communication, leadership, and technical skills relative to this level of position.
At least a level of conversation Spanish is preferred.
Proven longevity on your CV - we are looking for someone long-term.
