We are currently looking for a talented Head Chef to lead our kitchen team, innovate our menus, and ensure consistent excellence in every dish.
The RoleAs Head Chef, you will:
Take full responsibility for kitchen operations, from food preparation and cooking to presentation and service.
Design, develop, and refine seasonal menus that are exciting, profitable, and on-brand.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations and high morale.
Oversee kitchen stock management, including ordering, deliveries, and minimising waste.
Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness, health, and food safety standards.
Work closely with the management team to hit business targets and deliver an outstanding food offering.
Monitor food costs and budgets, ensuring commercial success without compromising quality.
Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen.
Passion for food innovation and creating memorable dishes.
Strong leadership and communication skills to develop and inspire the kitchen team.
Commercial awareness and a strong understanding of food cost control and kitchen budgets.
A calm, organised, and efficient approach to problem-solving under pressure.
Full knowledge of food safety, health, and hygiene regulations (Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate preferred).
A creative eye for detail and presentation.
