We are currently looking for a talented Head Chef to lead our kitchen team, innovate our menus, and ensure consistent excellence in every dish.

The Role

As Head Chef, you will:

  • Take full responsibility for kitchen operations, from food preparation and cooking to presentation and service.

  • Design, develop, and refine seasonal menus that are exciting, profitable, and on-brand.

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations and high morale.

  • Oversee kitchen stock management, including ordering, deliveries, and minimising waste.

  • Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness, health, and food safety standards.

  • Work closely with the management team to hit business targets and deliver an outstanding food offering.

  • Monitor food costs and budgets, ensuring commercial success without compromising quality.

What We Look For
  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced, high-quality kitchen.

  • Passion for food innovation and creating memorable dishes.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills to develop and inspire the kitchen team.

  • Commercial awareness and a strong understanding of food cost control and kitchen budgets.

  • A calm, organised, and efficient approach to problem-solving under pressure.

  • Full knowledge of food safety, health, and hygiene regulations (Level 3 Food Hygiene Certificate preferred).

  • A creative eye for detail and presentation.
