Our Head Chef must:

Deliver high-quality pub classics and a standout Sunday roastour busiest day.
Create weekly specials to keep the menu fresh.
Manage stock, orders, and profit & loss.
Maintain high kitchen standards and food hygiene compliance.

What We Offer:

£35,000 - £40,000 salary (DOE)
Live-in accommodation available
A balanced workload busy weekends, quieter midweek
A small, efficient team with additional support during peak times
