We are currently recruiting for a Sous Chef to join The Big Easy family and run our dark kitchens. Our high profile restaurants, serve authentic BBQ with an emphasis on quality ingredients and homestyle cooking, so why not enjoy this at your home.
Working closely with the Big Easy team, you will run the dark kitchen sufficiently, well organised and keeping the standards of the company. Your main responsibilities will be to ensure exceptional standards and quality of each dish is delivered. Training & developing teams within the kitchen, supporting in all areas of cost and waste management.
You should have the ability to remain cool under pressure, and work at a fast pace whilst demonstrating exceptional attention to detail ensuring that every dish is perfect.
