What's involved?
As Pastry Chef you will be able to produce cakes, desserts and anything sweet and delicious!
You will be working closely with the Head Chef in producing pastry dishes that complement the main menu as well as creating other dishes for afternoon tea.
You will ideally have a solid background in pastry, either as part of a larger pastry team and looking to take a step up OR you will already be the sole pastry chef in a quality kitchen.
