Pastry Chef de Partie required for a 5 star Hotel in London. This role is within Pastry production for the hotel. The pastry production creates pastry dishes for any of the outlets in the Hotel. pastry chef de partie,£36,914, + service £200-300 a month (39-40k package). The shift times generally start at 9am or 2pm and is working 5 out of 7 days on a 48hr contract.
The role
As pastry chef de partie you will work with a team of 10 pastry chefs. You will ensure it runs smoothly in section you are allocated to, the list of pastry items are ready at the time requested by the various F&B outlets. This is within a dedicated pastry kitchen. This role will inclucde all the normal pastry chef de partie duties.
Experience
We are looking for a pastry chef de partie with a background in Pastry. Ideally within a Hotel pastry department however they will consider a range of pastry backgrounds. This is a great place to learn more.
