Your Role as Sous Chef
As the right-hand to our talented Head Chef, you'll be:
Creating refined, fresh, and seasonal dishes that impress every time
Leading the team in mise en place, service, and kitchen organisation
Inspiring junior chefs, passing on knowledge and skills
Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene, stock control, and efficiency
Collaborating on exciting menu ideas and plating perfection
