This stunning hotel operation is extremely exclusive – with a minimum room spend of £700 per night. The kitchen oversees a formal fine dining restaurant serving modern French menu with British influences, along with various private dining outlets serving a more relaxed style menu.

Sous Chef Benefits:

A salary ranging between £43,000 and £45,000 per annum.

Sous Chef Requirements:

All Sous Chef applicants must have a stable employment history.
