£17.00 Per hour - Term Time Position 182 days

This role is predominantly Monday to Friday, there will be occasional Saturdays. The shift pattern -

Assist the Head Chef/Manager in all aspects of running the kitchen

Good knowledge of allergen management

Strong knowledge of all HACCP processes
