Sous Chef Ideal Profile:

Proven culinary experience in a sous chef role, ideally within a high-end gastro pub or similar dining environment

Sous Chef Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine menus that highlight seasonal ingredients
Manage daily kitchen operations to ensure a high standard of food quality and presentation
Mentor and train kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
Maintain inventory and manage supplier relationships to ensure the kitchen is well-stocked with premium ingredients
Uphold and enforce safety and hygiene protocols throughout the kitchen
