TSA Surveying are currently working with a Private Healthcare provider to appoint a Group Fire Officer to manage all the fire safety across the estate. My client contact within the business is the National Director of Estates and Facilities and is wholly responsible for 38 largehospitals, 2 office bases, 2 depots and a data centre with a combined value of around £1bn in value £500m of which is client owned and £500m of which is leased.

Historically, this role has been done by one person across the estate, and reports directly into the Director of Estates. This involves liaising with external contractors, cost management and training days across the hospitals. This comes with a no fee pressures that you would often see in a consultancy, a healthy basic salary and a great package.

This is an exciting new role witch scope to grow and develop due to the ever growing market of private healthcare and role will be home based with travel to each hospital throughout the year.
