Description
Secure the sales plan realization by retaining and growing profitable accounts and strengthening customer engagement as defined in the Customer & Sales coverage model and strategy. Customer relationships will be built by using a multi-contact and online approach adhering to customer preferences.
Responsibilities
- Outbound calls to existing customers in order to generate (additional) sales;
- Pro-active sale of our products and services as well as the implementation of customer campaigns in coordination with the Marketing department in order to achieve our sales goals;
- Contact person for our medium-sized customers in the region via phone and email;
- Analysis of purchasing behavior (e.g. sales/margin, potential)
- Sharing product inquiries and updating customer data;
- Creation of customer-specific offers;
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through regular contact.
Qualifications
- Relevant experience in a service or sales oriented position is an advantage
- Minimum vocational level of working and thinking
- Relevant professional experience in telephone sales
- You are a strong communicator at various levels
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent native language skills of the relevant customer market. In addition, English is also required for communication with stakeholders throughout the organization
- Strong customer focus, able to identify customer needs and improve sales through commercial mindset
- Preferably completed commercial training
- Solution-oriented and entrepreneurial thinking
- Good MS Office skillset (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
