Job title: Ecommerce Executive

Location: Manchester City Centre- Hybrid 3 days office based per week

Salary: Up to 35k

Forward Role are partnering with a leading luxury travel brand, who are looking for an Ecommerce Executive to join their team. You will be responsible for driving on-line growth across the newly launched UK site, focusing on increasing conversion rates and improving the customer journey.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Take the lead with key merchandising projects across CRO, SEO, UX and UJ
Analyse data and user behaviour to produce reports and identify key improvements
Conduct A/B testing
Support with on-site SEO
Make recommendations for site improvements to increase conversion rates
Day-to-day troubleshooting of the website

To be considered for this role, you must:

Have 1-2 years previous experience within a similar role
Have previous experience using GA4 or similar analytical tools
Possess strong communication skills both verbally and written
Have previous experience executing digital marketing strategies
