Events & Marketing Manager

Location: Derbyshire (Office-based with flexible remote working options)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

This newly created role is essential for driving engagement and enhancing the brand's presence as they continue to expand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute a variety of educational events, ensuring seamless operations from conception to execution.
• Calendar and Diary Management: Manage the events calendar and bookings, optimising schedules to enhance outreach and effectiveness.
• Website Management: Regularly update and maintain the company's website, ensuring all content is current, engaging, and aligned with the organisation's mission.
• Brand Management: Promote and uphold the brand identity across all platforms, ensuring consistency in messaging and presentation.
• Social Media Marketing: Develop and implement strategies for both paid and organic social media to boost online presence and engagement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in event management and marketing, ideally within the educational sector.
• Strong organisational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in website management tools and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
