As the Global Brand Marketing Lead, you will develop the short-, medium-, and long-term brand strategy for a leading category.
The Role:
- Responsible for creating disruptive brand and new product ideas alongside the Global Brand Director.
- Responsible for leading the brand development of new products including, brand positioning, packaging, and visual branding.
- Responsible for working with the Head of Development to identify brand opportunities and test and learn approaches for new products.
- Responsible for working with the insights planner to understand existing and future market dynamics.
The Candidate:
- 10 years plus experience in a brand marketing position, ideally from an FMCG background.
- A proven record in developing and launching new products to the market.
- Experienced in turning consumer trends into future products and marketing initiatives.
- A passion for brand development.
