Our London based client is looking to appoint a Business Development Manager to join their Global Credit Solutions team.

This hybrid role provides flexibility to work both virtually and from the London office.

The Credit Solutions Team offers a range of complementary solutions to protect businesses against trade credit risk, enhance business growth and facilitate access to trade finance.

The client is the leading trade credit broker globally having 7 locations across the UK and Ireland, and 57 countries around the world.

Key responsibilities:

Interacting with prospects, clients, insurers, and colleagues on a day-to-day basis to identify and develop new business opportunities.

Originating, advising, and placing multinational business

Creating a strong internal and external network to create future opportunities.

Working as part of a team that will respond to Requests for Proposals from prospective clients

Liaising with Colleagues across the companys global network regarding sales opportunities

Creating promotional material and organising relevant events to attract new business.

Skills and experience that will lead to success.

Proven record of Global Business Development experience essential preferable in new business

The ability to create a strong internal and external network

Insurance experience and preferably Credit Insurance

Pro-active handling of workflow through efficient time management and organisation

Competent in use of Microsoft Office and able to navigate IT systems/platforms

Ability to explore creative solutions and solve new problems as they arise

Acting with integrity and working in a way that positively impacts all Clients & Colleagues
