Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Commercial Strategy
- Own and drive the total revenue strategy, with a primary focus on rooms optimization, ensuring dynamic pricing, forecasting accuracy, and demand-based yield strategies.
- Maximize direct revenue channels, reducing reliance on OTAs through CRM-driven loyalty, metasearch, and targeted acquisition campaigns.
- Oversee distribution channel performance, ensuring the right mix of direct, OTA, GDS, and wholesale partnerships to drive revenue and profitability.
- Implement data-led decision-making, utilizing BI tools, automation, and AI-driven forecasting to enhance commercial outcomes.
- Identify ancillary revenue opportunities, including F&B, extended stay, and upselling strategies, to increase overall guest spend.
Technology & System Optimization
- Ensure full integration of commercial systems (PMS, RMS, CRS, CRM, and BI tools) to enhance efficiency and accuracy in decision-making.
- Evaluate and implement new technologies and digital tools that support business growth.
- Optimize the use of marketing automation and personalization tools to drive conversion and guest retention.
Sales & Marketing Leadership
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies that align with revenue goals, targeting high-value segments, corporate partnerships, and direct acquisition.
- Oversee SEO, PPC, metasearch, and social performance to maximize visibility and conversion.
- Strengthen brand positioning and customer engagement through data-driven marketing and CRM initiatives.
- Build a commercial culture focused on measurable ROI and performance-driven campaigns.
- Commercial Reporting & Performance Management
- Own weekly commercial performance reviews, ensuring data-backed decision-making and timely execution of revenue-driving initiatives.
- Work closely with finance teams to manage budgeting, forecasting, and commercial KPIs.
- Develop and track key performance metrics to assess effectiveness across revenue, sales, and marketing functions.
Leadership & Team Development
