EXPERIENCE IN TRAVEL REQUIRED


Looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join a leading adventure travel company and help drive growth across all channels. You'll lead a small team, working closely with the Head of Marketing & Sales to expand reach globally in the UK, Europe, Australia, New Zealand, and the USA. This role involves creating and executing a fully integrated marketing strategy, covering both digital and offline activities, while aiming to make our brand more prominent across multiple segments.


EXPERIENCE IN TRAVEL REQUIRED

What You'll Do
Lead the Marketing Team to promote tours across all digital and offline channels.
Develop and execute a 5-year strategy for new and existing business growth.
Manage digital marketing efforts including content, SEO, paid ads, and social media.
Oversee offline activities like branding, events, PR, and advertising.
Continuously measure campaign performance, optimise ROI, and analyse market trends.
Strengthen partnerships and manage relationships within the adventure travel industry.
Drive retention strategies, including loyalty programs and referral schemes.
Collaborate to enhance online user experience and improve conversion rates.
Manage budgets to achieve the right balance between resources and marketing activities.


EXPERIENCE IN TRAVEL REQUIRED

Proven experience in a similar B2C marketing role, with a strong track record of driving growth.
Strategic thinker who can identify challenges and deliver solutions for planned growth.
Expertise in digital marketing, including eCommerce, SEO, PPC, email, and social media.
Experience in traditional offline marketing, event promotion, and PR.
Ability to analyse ROI and adapt strategies as needed.
Strong commercial awareness and leadership skills.
International marketing experience with a focus on market penetration.
Passionate about adventure travel, self-driven, and always seeking new opportunities.
