Your new companyJoin an innovative FMCG company working with leading brands across the UK and Ireland. Due to growth, they are looking to recruit a Marketing Manager to drive marketing strategies and continued growth for the company.

Your new roleAs the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's growth and success. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Creating and implementing effective marketing and sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
  • Preparing and executing comprehensive marketing action plans.
  • Crafting and executing a robust digital marketing strategy.
  • Enhancing product marketability and profitability by identifying and capitalising on market opportunities.
  • Collecting, analysing, and summarising market data and trends.
  • Leading and developing the marketing and sales team through recruitment, training, and coaching.
  • Collaborating with Sales Managers to enhance the performance of the sales team.
  • Forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets to meet financial objectives.
  • Developing annual sales quotas and gross-profit plans for various regions.
  • Managing key accounts and developing joint business plans.

What you'll need to succeed

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role.
  • Strong prospecting and digital marketing skills.
  • In-depth product knowledge and project management expertise.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
  • Effective time-management and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships.
  • A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
