We're working in partnership with a B2B2C firm to hire a Marketing Manager - This role would be great for a B2B Marketing Generalist who wants to join an established successful business really strong culture and drive forward the marketing who has very strong

The Role

Develop and manage digital and content marketing campaigns, working closely with partner organisations to define best marketing channel approach
Promote brand awareness through various campaigns
Measure and evaluate marketing communications campaigns
Influence and advise on marketing and communications matters across all levels of the organisation
Coach, support and develop and 2 direct reports within the Marketing and Communications Team
Work closely with key internal stakeholders

What We're Looking For

Experience Defining and Delivering Marketing Strategies for Small or Medium sized firms in a B2B or B2B2C environment, influencing senior stakeholders and driving marketing transformation
Team Leadership experience (2 direct reports)
Ability to manage agencies
Experience in Brand Management
Experience in Event Management
Experience defining marketing channels with Partnership firms (highly desirable)
